OnApp is looking for a Cloud Integration Specialist
at OnApp in London (Published at 04-11-2011)
Our Cloud Integration Specialists work with our customers to make sure they have a slick and smooth transition to the cloud.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with OnApp customers, advising them on hardware specifications, network configurations and integration with billing platforms. You will also help our customers plan migrations and build tools to import their virtual machines into OnApp.
Skills & experience
As a Cloud Integrations Specialist, you will need:
• A great telephone manner
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A customer-oriented attitude, and a proven ability to deliver first-class customer service
• Fantastic Linux knowledge
• Virtualization experience with one or more of the following - Xen/KVM/VMware/Hyper-V
• Hands-on hardware and networking experience
Scripting and coding skills would be very handy, too.
This role is based in our UK office in London.
